Every morning I have a smell coming from the bathroom despite it being kept clean and tidy. What could it be and how is it fixed?

Although the bathroom is spotless, bacteria still grows throughout the drainage system. This bacterium can stick to the floor waste, shower/basin waste and even basin waste releasing a foul smell.
This can be prevented by using a special bacteria cleaner that we have and use regularly.
