Depending on the type of hot water service you have on your property you could check the most obvious things.

• Is the power point switched on?
• is the water supply to the hot water service on?
• is the gas supply to the hot water service on? (if a gas service)
• Is the power supply to the hot water service in the meter box on?

If you have checked all these basic things and you are still not getting hot water, then it is something that a licenced plumber will need to repair.
