No, it doesn't always mean there is something leaking in your wall.

It could be something as simple as a poor silicone seal around the shower base and tile joints, or that there is water getting into the wall behind the shower tap ware.

After saying all of the above there could be a chance that the breeching piece in the wall might be leaking also, but without conducting a pressure test to the breecher piece it would be difficult to tell.

Depending on the type of hot water service you have on your property you could check the most obvious things.

• Is the power point switched on?
• is the water supply to the hot water service on?
• is the gas supply to the hot water service on? (if a gas service)
• Is the power supply to the hot water service in the meter box on?

If you have checked all these basic things and you are still not getting hot water, then it is something that a licenced plumber will need to repair.

Yes we do service ovens! Depending on the type of oven it could be various things. Check to ensure power supply is on and that gas supply is on. If both of these are on and the oven still doesn't work then call MacPlumb Plumbing Services.

Unfortunately once the trees roots have entered the drain there is limited success of keeping them from re occurring.

Although the bathroom is spotless, bacteria still grows throughout the drainage system. This bacterium can stick to the floor waste, shower/basin waste and even basin waste releasing a foul smell.

This can be prevented by using a special bacteria cleaner that we have and use regularly.

Yes this is a problem and can definitey be fixed!

It would be a faulty outlet rubber that would need replacing, but I would strongly advise to service or replace the inlet valve at the same time.

This is a very common problem, but easily rectified.
